About Halima

Halima received her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Comparative Government from the University of Oxford, where her research focused on capital punishment and the death penalty. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College. Halima is passionate about human rights and social justice, and brings extensive research and writing experience alongside a background in customer service, scheduling, and administrative work.

Outside of work, Halima enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and seeking out new restaurants and cuisines. She loves exploring new places, meeting new people, and making the most of every opportunity to experience something different. She also enjoys reading and writing.
