EB-2 National Interest Waiver
12–36 monthsSelf-petition for a green card — no employer sponsor, no PERM required.
For professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability whose work benefits the United States. Ideal for entrepreneurs, researchers, and independent professionals.
TN Visa (Canada & Mexico)
Same day–8 weeksWork in the U.S. under USMCA — no annual cap and no lottery.
For Canadian and Mexican citizens working in one of roughly 60 professions listed under USMCA. Canadians can often be admitted at the border; Mexican citizens apply at a consulate.
E-3 Visa (Australia)
2–8 weeksSpecialty occupation visa reserved for Australian citizens.
Similar in scope to the H-1B but with its own allocation of 10,500 visas that has never been exhausted, no lottery, and automatic work authorization for the spouse.
R-1 Religious Worker Visa
2–6 monthsFor ministers and religious workers at U.S. non-profit religious organizations.
For ministers and those in a religious vocation or occupation, sponsored by a bona fide non-profit religious organization. Requires two years of prior denominational membership.
P Visa (Athletes & Entertainers)
2–4 monthsFor internationally recognized athletes, groups, and culturally unique performers.
Covers P-1A athletes, P-1B entertainment groups, P-2 reciprocal exchange artists, and P-3 culturally unique performers. Every P petition requires a labor union consultation.
Investor & Business Visas

EB-5 Investor Visa
3–6 yearsA direct path to a U.S. green card through qualifying business investment.
The only visa leading directly to a green card without a U.S. employer or family member sponsor. Requires a qualifying investment of $800K–$1.05M.
E-2 Investor Visa
2–8 weeksStart or acquire a U.S. business — renewable indefinitely, no lottery.
Fast, flexible investor visa for nationals of 80+ treaty countries. No minimum investment set by law. Ideal for entrepreneurs buying or starting a U.S. business.
E-1 Treaty Trader Visa
2–12 weeksFor treaty-country nationals carrying on substantial trade with the United States.
The trade counterpart to the E-2. No minimum investment — eligibility turns on substantial, continuing trade, more than half of it between the U.S. and your treaty country.

Green cards for close relatives, and the path from permanent residence to U.S. citizenship.
Family-Based Immigration
12–24 monthsGreen cards and fiancé(e) visas for spouses, parents, children, and siblings.
Sponsorship of close relatives by U.S. citizens and permanent residents, including marriage-based green cards and the K-1 fiancé(e) visa. Immediate relatives face no annual cap.
Citizenship & Naturalization
